The Role
* Lead and oversee Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, expected familiarity with GMP and FDA 21 CFR 820, and other regulatory requirements
* Develop, implement and continuously improve quality systems, policies and SOPs
* Manage audits, investigations, non‑conformances and supplier quality, driving effective corrective and preventive actions
* Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
* Act as the Management Representative for regulatory matters and liaise with certification bodies
* Support health, safety and risk management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
* Collaborate with UK and international sites to align quality standards and share best practice
