Join Our Team as a Warehouse Administrator***
Location: Stoke on Trent | Contract Type: Temporary ongoing | Hourly Rate: From £12.75 | Full-Time Position
Hours: Weekly rotating shifts days AND noons as follows:
DAYS: Mon - Thur 5:45AM-2:00PM and Fri 5:45AM-1:00PM
NOONS: Mon - Thur 1:45PM-10:00PM and Fri 12:45PM- 8:00PM

Duties and responsibilities include:
Understanding the priority of orders and customers
Maintaining accurate stock recording, including receiving goods into the system and inventory counting
Dealing with Returns
Preparing reports
Creating works orders
Knowledge of Export procedures and documentation
Ensuring the warehouse team have accurate information.
Dealing with couriers and hauliers
Support colleagues with system and/ or picking errors
Ensure administration is completed and data captured in a timely and accurate fashion.
Work closely with Team Leaders to maintain all standards including Health & Safety, Housekeeping, Company and Legislative Policies.
Support the Team Leaders with shift handovers, ensuring all information is available on time and in detail.
Working in a safe manner taking care for your own health and safety
Ensuring your work environment is safe, clean, and tidy
Ensure that correct policy and procedures are followed with regards to security Skills and requirements:
Attention to Detail
Excellent communication skills- Ability to liaise with management, team leaders and supervisors
Previous warehouse administration experience or similar
Knowledge of computer systems, Excel and Outlook
Ability to prioritise own workload
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to work rotating shifts
