Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to the recruitment teams
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other managers to streamline processes and achieve organisational goals
- Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational activities
