Secretary A prestigious Financial Services company in North West London is seeking an experienced Secretary/PA to support the dynamic CEO. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Secretary/PA who is looking to take on an involved, hands-on role within a growing business. Secretary Key Responsibilities Providing high-level secretarial support to the CEO Acting as first point of contact for incoming client enquiries (email & phone), liaising professionally with HNWIs Formatting, proofreading, and distributing a variety of documents (reports and presentations) Typing of correspondence, preparing meeting packs, and maintaining up-to-date client documentation Taking accurate minutes at meetings, typing up meeting notes and circulating actions promptly Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems, including client databases General PA duties (diary management, travel arrangements, expense filings) Secretary Skills & Attributes Proven PA/Secretarial experience within a professional services environment Excellent typing skills and IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong minute-taking and document-formatting ability Discreet, professional and mature attitude Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a client-focused approach This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated PA/Secretary looking for a long-term role where your contributions are valued.
