About the Role As Bid Writer / Coordinator / Copywriter, youll support the Bid Manager and wider marketing team in producing persuasive, well-structured bids and marketing content. Youll play a key role in helping win work across sectors. Our award winning client is approachable, supportive, and driven by a shared passion for design excellence and social impact. They have a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Prepare and write compelling bid content (long format) tailored to client requirements. Conduct interviews with colleagues to extract insights and technical knowledge. Create structured, persuasive responses and long-form content from scratch. Support win themes, storyboarding, and answer planning. Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy and compliance. Develop case studies, testimonials and project experience materials. Manage bid portals and ensure compliance with formatting and legal requirements. Track feedback and contribute to continuous improvement strategies. Contribute ideas for visual storytelling and content repurposing. What Were Looking For You will be: A great writer confident with long-form, persuasive and technical content. A self-starter proactive, logical thinker who can manage tasks independently. An enthusiastic team player flexible, amenable and happy to get stuck in. Essential Bid Writer Experience: Experience in copywriting, content creation, or bid writing. Ability to write from scratch and adapt tone for different platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail and critical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Ways of working Full-time (37.5 hours/week). Hybrid working : 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH. Location : central Bristol Start date : October 2025. Salary : Competitive, dependent on experience.
