Are you an experienced surgical sales professional ready to make an impact in one of the most competitive medical technology markets? We're looking for a driven senior sales professional to grow and own a territory across the West Midlands, working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who thrives in high-stakes surgical environments, builds long-term relationships, and consistently delivers results.
The Role
1. Drive revenue growth and market share across the spine portfolio
2. Support surgeons during specialist elective cases ie scoliosis and other spinal deformity cases
3. Manage and develop key surgeon relationships and KOLs
4. Support complex cases in the operating theatre, including trauma and emergency procedures
5. Execute territory strategy, product launches, and competitive conversions
6. Deliver clinical and product education to surgeons and theatre teams
Who We're Looking For
7. Proven surgical sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets - MINIMUM 2 years territory management in Surgical sales
8. Confident influencing senior surgeons in complex operating theatres
9. Commercially sharp, strategic, and resilient
10. Experienced in managing high-value territories and hospital accounts
11. Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement, and tender processes
12. Excellent territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Package & Benefits
13. Basic salary: £45,000-£60,000
14. OTE: £33,000-£40,000 (uncapped beyond with excellent overachieve)
