Accounts Assistant – Portadown. Cpl NI is working with a leading business to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
* Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
* Handling customer queries regarding payments.
* Managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
* Processing supplier invoices.
* Preparation of supplier payment runs.
* Use of document management system and maintain digital filing processes.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Computer literacy and Microsoft Excel.
* Previous experience with CIS and subcontractor invoicing processes is desirable.
