Domiciliary Care Assistant – Weymouth Area (Temporary or Permanent) Location: Weymouth and surrounding areas Contract Type: Temporary or Permanent (Full-time & Part-time roles available) Salary: Competitive hourly rate mileage bonuses About the Role We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team supporting individuals in their own homes across the Weymouth area. You’ll be helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity — providing essential care, companionship, and support with daily routines. Working Hours & Shifts We’re offering two flexible contract options: * 30–40 hours per week * 15–20 hours per week Shifts are split between: * Mornings: 07:00 – 14:00 * Afternoons: 16:00 – 22:00 We’re looking for carers who can work both shift patterns and commit to at least two weekend shifts per month.
