Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Salary: £23,549
Key Responsibilities
* Understand customer requirements.
* Ensure samples are completed efficiently and effectively following all process, procedures, and legislation.
* Deliver on key performance indicators.
* Report analytical data.
* Troubleshoot and rectify equipment issues, including daily preventative maintenance.
* Investigate and report on NCW on the QMS and assign priority.
* Assist team members to achieve work objectives.
* Proactively ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures

About you:
* Qualifications required are 5 GCSEs at Grade C (equivalent to new Grade 4) or above to include Science, Maths and English
* A level or equivalent in scientific subject, or relevant industry knowledge.
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures, with a willingness to learn.
* Client-driven.
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate
* Great collaborator
* Ability to plan and organise own work area.
