The successful individual will Head up the Compliance team for the Fund Services Business to ensure that the business in Jersey remain compliant with all relevant laws, JFSC regulations, legislation and best practice. To act as a contact point with Head Office and internal stakeholders, you will be expected to have an innovative and proactive approach to risk management. To be considered for this important senior role candidates should have gained at least 10 years’ experience in a relevant position with exposure to at least one or more of the following sectors: Private Equity, Trust, Wealth Management and Funds. An industry recognised AML/Compliance qualification is also essential.
