Job Title: Survey Assistant (Assets) Location: Ealing/Hybrid Salary: £25,394 to £26,730 Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday DBS: Basic As a Survey Assistant you’ll be at the heart of the Surveying Team, helping to keep activity running smoothly and ensuring our work is delivered to a high standard. You’ll bring a proactive attitude and a practical, solutions-focused approach, helping the team stay organised and efficient. Key Responsibilities * Provide general administrative assistance to the Surveying Manager and the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and organising meetings * Maintain and organise survey-related documents, reports, and records. Ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date * Handle internal and external communications, including responding to emails, making phone calls, following up with residents, leaseholders, contractors, consultants, local authority officers, and internal stakeholders as required * Input and update survey data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring all information is accurate and properly organised * Assist with processing invoices, tracking project budgets, and ensuring that financial records are properly maintained * Help coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources, ensuring all administrative aspects of the project are handles efficiently * Champion and promote the core values of the business: Caring by Nature, Working Better Together and Thinking of Tomorrow. Demonstrating these values with intent and behaviour in all interactions More About You * Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade AC) * The ability to extract reports from ICT systems and validate information as correct * Highly organised and able to coordinate and service meetings and events * Able to take accurate and concise minutes * Ability to quickly and accurately organise and transpose simple data between systems and spreadsheets * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Officer, including Work and Excel, at a basic level or above * Experience or understanding of social housing, local authority operations, property assets and components is highly desirable Why A2Dominion?
