Responsibilities
* Salary between $83,880k to $85,300k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
* Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. and overtime opportunities when available.
* Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
* Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
* Have good communication skills.
* Be able to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
* Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering.
* Ability to work on tools when needed.
* Have working knowledge of Procore
