Night Support Worker - Maryport, Cumbria
Join our team as a Night Support Worker in Maryport, Cumbria. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with part-time hours available. Pay is £12.60 per hour (salary £24,638 per annum, pro rata), along with great benefits including a Health Cash Plan.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated night worker to support five adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, providing 24/7 support in our new CQC-registered service. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing regulated care, including medication administration and personal care such as bathing and dressing.
2. Supporting customers in developing independence and achieving their goals.
3. Engaging in conversations, providing companionship, and building meaningful relationships.

Candidate Requirements
* A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
* Passion for supporting others and attention to detail.
* Experience caring for others, whether professionally or personally.
* Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
* A flexible, empathetic approach tailored to individual needs.
