£25,396.80 plus OTE of £27,000.00

What are we looking for?

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our Pontypridd branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to apply their customer service and administration skills within the property industry and build a rewarding, long-term career with a people-focused company where you can enjoy coming to work. Key responsibilities:

* To respond to all lettings enquiries in a timely manner.
* Ensure lettings negotiator / team members provide all required documents on time, review their validity and accuracy, and request corrections or re-submissions where necessary
* Managing the lettings pipeline and documentation process
* Coordinating and checking applicant and guarantor references
* Arranging safety certificates, inventories, and pre-let works
* Preparing contracts, processing payments, and organising move-ins
* Completing post-move-in administration and compliance checks
* Supporting branches by upselling additional products and services

Experience:A minimum of one year's experience in the industry is preferredbut not essential, as full training will be provided.

Requirements:A full, clean driving licence is required.
