Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure efficient and effective project booking processes. Liaise with other Element locations and their project planners to align schedules and meet customer timelines. Track, issue, and manage the status of customer test reports in a centralised reporting chart. Participate actively in daily site morning meetings, contributing project updates and priorities. Maintain effective, timely, and professional communication with both customers and internal teams. Champion excellence in customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Own the project scheduling process, ensuring alignment of customer needs with internal resources. Forecast site revenue and manage project accruals and invoicing through Dynamics F&O. Strong organisational and planning skills, with proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
