We're seeking an IT Workplace Services Professional to play a pivotal role in our IT operations. This position is at the core of our business, offering a dynamic pathway into various careers within Informatics and beyond.
The Opportunity
* Digital Enabler: Foster innovative solutions and improvements for business colleagues and functions.
* Owner of Experience: Aim for exceptional employee satisfaction by owning the digital employee experience at the site and ensuring you drive a standard workplace infrastructure
* Consultancy and Adoption: Through your site proximity and relationships with local stakeholders you enhance our service offerings and productivity through consultancy and local adoption activities.
* Incident/Request Management: Support and manage the Incident/ Request management processes to ensure SLA's are met and drive continuous improvement through trend analysis
* Site Experience: You drive and enable standard workplace infrastructure,through global/local projects and deployments in collaboration with product teams.
* Service Management: You partner with our internal and external service providers.
Who You Are
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable. Knowledge of ITIL Framework and ITSM is highly desirable
* Experience: A proficient level of experience in IT workplace services, IT support, or a related role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT hardware and software standards. Understanding of networking and security principles and manufacturing, warehouse and lab services.
* Project Management: Experience managing IT projects, deployments, and collaborating with product teams.
* Consulting Skills: Experience of providing consultancy to business stakeholders and functions to enhance service offerings.
