About the job Conference & Events Assistant As a Conference & Events Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring high standards of service delivery across a range of corporate events, conferences, and high-profile functions. Whether its setting up meeting rooms, welcoming guests, or coordinating behind-the-scenes logistics, you'll help create memorable experiences that reflect the premium standards our clients expect. Key Responsibilities Set up and reset event spaces (seating arrangements, AV equipment, signage, etc.) Greet and assist guests, delegates, and speakers in a professional manner Provide support during events, including registration, ushering, and information services Work closely with catering, security, and venue teams to ensure smooth operations Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently Assist with event breakdown and post-event reporting when required Adhere to health & safety and venue compliance standards at all times What We're Looking For Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service (desirable but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure Professional appearance and demeanor Punctual, reliable, and flexible availability especially during weekdays Right to work in the UK Why Join Us?
