As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Post Trade Technology - Global Technology, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery ofplex technology projects and programs that align with the firm's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups to ensure seamless execution and delivery. We value strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of technology trends. Your proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects and fostering cross-functional collaboration will be essential to your success in this role. Job responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, address cross-functional dependences ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
2. Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams to design solutions and drive the programs implementation
3. Develop and executeprehensive project plans along with the technical leads, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
4. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
5. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
6. Run budget process for programs - collect book of work demand and estimates, facilitate priority discussions, funding agreements, etc
7. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency
8. Utilize the agile process and methodologies to support the development of solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
9. Experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leadingplex technology projects and programs in a large organization
10. Experience with multi-year program execution and delivery while owning and managing multiple work streams concurrently.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbalmunication across all levels.
12. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
13. Ability to partner, influence, and thrive in a global matrixed organization - embrace collaboration.
14. Ability to be a self-starter and self-learner that thrives on solving challenges inplex environments.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
15. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
16. Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
17. Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
18. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
