* Focus on Quality: Champion person‑centred, strengths‑based approaches including Active Support and personalisation.
* Operational Leadership: Contribute to rotas, recruitment, staff development, budgeting, and compliance.
* Collaborate with Partners: Build positive relationships with families, health professionals, and social care teams.
* Stay Hands‑On: Step into direct support when needed, maintaining a practical understanding of day‑to‑day operations.
* Use Systems Effectively: Confidently work with digital tools, systems and reporting processes.

* Previous experience working in a social care or healthcare environment
* Understanding of supporting people with learning disabilities and autism

* Confidence using IT systems and learning new processes
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards this
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £33,217.30 per year (including 15% Off‑Rota Allowance)
* 30 days annual leave (pro rata) with the option to buy/sell leave
* Funded training and qualifications to support your progression
* A strong focus on wellbeing, including a dedicated staff listening network
* Bike‑to‑Work scheme
* Retail, restaurant, entertainment and leisure discounts
* Enhanced DBS paid for by us
* Guaranteed interview for disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria
