About You
You should be organized to meet service times, enjoy autonomy in planning and prioritizing, and have a knack for following recipes precisely. Passion for food and understanding the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues alike.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You must be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
