As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. Key Responsibilities Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of regular teachers. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively. Support students with their learning and respond to questions or concerns. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure seamless lesson delivery and continuity of education. Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to wider school activities. Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson coverage and student engagement. Qualifications & Experience A degree in English, History, Law, or other English-related subjects. Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
