Reporting to: Solution Manager Department: Operations Project coordinator Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and strategic projects Provide day-to-day administrative support across project activities Assist in maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders Support governance processes, ensuring project standards and procedures are followed Help monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables Identify and escalate risks, issues, or delays where appropriate Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery Key Outcomes: Contribute to reducing project delays Improve overall project delivery quality Increase organisational capacity and efficiency Enable Project Managers and leaders to focus on strategic priorities Qualifications: Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field. Experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology. Background in project coordination or administrative roles (desirable) Personal Attributes: Structured, organized, and detail oriented.
