Creative integrated B2B agency based in Merseyside is looking for an Account Manager OR a Senior Account Manager to join the Client Services team. Hybrid working.
Acting as the day-to-day key contact for your clients, you will be building strong client relationships with stakeholders and delivering integrated B2B campaigns across channels such as digital, social, content, events, video, motion, 3D, AR and VR.
Your role will involve co-ordinating client services teams in the HQ office Up North and the second office Down South, so there will be monthly travel required to collaborate between both client services teams in both offices. A core part of your role will be to align both teams, sharing & distributing work between offices and bridging the workload gap. All travel & accommodation expenses will be covered.
You will be monitoring the performance of live campaigns and work with data & analytics to generate insight & optimisation recommendations. These findings will need to be presented back to clients, so strong presentation and communications skills are essential.
A key part of your role will be to contribute towards account growth by identifying opportunities to deepen the agencies remit with pitches, proposals, cross-sell initiatives and RFP responses.
You will own the day-to-day project management including status reports, timelines, risk management and stakeholder communications.
