Conduct diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC) and provide detailed technical feedback
Perform pre- and post-repair inspections to ensure quality and safety
Maintain accurate, detailed records in line with company and manufacturer requirements
Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high standards
As a Senior Vehicle Technician support apprentices and junior technicians in the workshop
Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and workshop protocolsRequirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 IMI or City & Guilds qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
Proven diagnostic and fault-finding experience
Strong understanding of manufacturer standards and procedures
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to obtain EV certification (if not already qualified)
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
