About The Role
Working as a chef at Butlin’s means you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. With a variety of eateries, including Italian and American restaurants, our menus are designed to tantalize taste buds and bring joy to every meal.
We believe that variety is the spice of life. In this role, you’ll have the chance to develop and refine your culinary skills across different kitchens, each showcasing unique cooking styles. You’ll collaborate with talented chefs and industry experts, all while working with beautiful ingredients and diverse menus.
Our Chef Academy development program is available for commis chefs, featuring visits to our development kitchen in Minehead and industry excursions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship.
Typical working hours: 35 hours a week, 5 days over 7, with shifts ranging from 7am to 8pm. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
