Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
Start Date: ASAP or flexible start dates available
Contract: Short-term, long-term, and permanent opportunities available
Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
2. Provide 1:1 and small group support across the classroom
3. Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
4. Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
5. Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
6. Support with classroom preparation and learning resources
Non-Negotiables
7. Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
8. Recent experience supporting children in a school setting
9. Good numeracy and literacy skills
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills
11. A reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
