Lead Operations Project Manager
to take ownership of multi-site technology rollouts across retail, hospitality, and QSR clients. This is an opportunity to step into a senior position within a growing company that has built a reputation for reliable delivery, customer service, and innovation.
In this role youll combine
people leadership
with hands-on project management, leading a small team of Project Managers and Coordinators while also overseeing key client rollouts.
What youll be doing
Leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, supporting their development and ensuring strong project delivery.
Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of
multi-site rollouts
including POS, kiosks, payments, and IT infrastructure.
Acting as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Reporting on progress to senior leadership and clients.
Driving improvements in delivery processes, governance, and customer experience.
What were looking for
Proven experience in a
senior Project Manager, Operations Project Manager, or Programme-level role .
Strong
people management skills
youve managed Project Managers, Engineers, or Coordinators.
Track record of delivering
large-scale deployments or rollouts
in retail, hospitality, QSR, or multi-site IT environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets/resources effectively.
Someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable balancing leadership with delivery.
