Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be a vital part of the school day, stepping in to manage classrooms and ensure continuity of learning. Your duties will include:
* Delivering lessons using pre:set materials.
* Maintaining classroom control and student engagement.
* Providing clear and concise instructions to students.
* Managing student behaviour and enforcing school policies.
* Supporting students with their work and answering questions.
* Reporting back to the full:time teacher on the progress of the lesson.
