Clearline Recruitment and Next Step Apprenticeships are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Office Administrator to support our Recruitment Consultants and Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, energetic team where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. What You'll Be Doing As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries professionally Welcoming candidates and visitors to the office Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems Formatting CVs and creating professional job specifications Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews Sending interview confirmations and candidate communications Chasing documentation and references from clients and candidates General scanning, filing, and document management Ordering office stationery and supplies Supporting consultants with ad hoc candidate resourcing Assisting with general office administration and daily operations. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing business. You will ideally have: GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) At least 1 year of office administration experience Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Why Join Us?
