Responsibilities
* Support the Kiosk Manager with daily kiosk operations, including leading shifts in the manager’s absence.
* Oversee food preparation and maintain service standards.
* Manage stock and ordering to hit production and waste targets.
* Control budget by managing labour, food costs, and gross sales to achieve profit.
* Lead the team to achieve high levels of customer service and foster a culture of teamwork.
* Promote a safe and healthy working environment and report any issues.
* Assist in opening and closing locations and provide leadership during operational hours.
