This is a senior management position with responsibility for service, parts, warranty, bodyshop, and workshop operations – managing a team of 35 across multiple disciplines. What You’ll Do: Lead the aftersales operation including service, parts, bodyshop, warranty, and technical teams Manage a team of approx. 35, including 16 technicians and specialists across all departments Drive profitability while ensuring high levels of compliance, governance, and customer service Maintain robust H&S standards across all areas of the aftersales function Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence through team coaching and development Set, monitor, and achieve departmental KPIs aligned with group and manufacturer standards Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Partner closely with other department heads and manufacturer representatives What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager in a main dealer environment – essential Strong understanding of service, parts, bodyshop, warranty, and workshop operations High-level organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team Experience in health and safety management and compliance procedures Ability to drive departmental profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Leadership training or management development programme experience is a plus A full UK driving licence is required Why Join Jemca?
