GBRS are looking for Production Operatives to work for a well known local company in Weston-super-Mare. This is a temp to perm position and offers great progression for the right person. The rate is starting at £13.50p/h and will rise to £17.25p/h after your training period ends, around 12 weeks/3 months. The company work on a rotating shift pattern,as follows: Week 1 Monday to Friday 07:00am 15:00pm Week 2 Monday to Thursday 23:00pm 07:00am Week 3 Monday to Friday 15:00pm 23:00pm You will keep working through these same 3 weeks. There is no weekend work involved with this position. It is a straight-forward production role in a factory, working on the machines. This is a clean working environment and it will be a brilliant opportunity to work your way up the ranks. Full training will be given.
