Senior Business Analyst - UK-Wide (Remote)
Lead the delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics projects across CRM, ERP, and data domains, while mentoring project teams and driving continuous improvement.
Role
* Support PMO leadership and deputise for the Head of PMO when required
* Champion cross-functional collaboration across CRM and ERP delivery teams
* Own and enhance PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards
* Act as a subject matter expert and role model in project delivery excellence
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-value Dynamics projects across CRM, ERP, Data, and Workplace domains
* Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and change control with full accountability
* Lead pre-sales activities including bids, demos, and tender support
* Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality expectations through structured methodologies
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years delivering Dynamics projects with experience in programme and portfolio management
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen
* Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
* Certified in project management frameworks (Prince2, APM, MSP, Scrum Master)
