An established organisation operating within a structured and regulated environment is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to support supplier management andmercial delivery. This role will play a key role in driving value,ernance, and strong supplier relationships across the business.
Your new role
1. Negotiatingmercial terms, conditions, pricing, and contracts with suppliers
2. Acting as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
3. Monitoring purchase order budgets and identifying cost‑saving opportunities through effective negotiation
4. Tracking supplier performance, managing KPIs, and resolving issues at a senior level
5. Maintaining accurate supplier order books and procurement data within the Oracle ERP system
6. Supporting the implementation of corporate procurement processes, including strategic supplier, subcontract, andmodity management
7. Coaching and supporting junior team members, contributing to audits and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in buying, procurement, or purchasing
9. Demonstrated capability in leading negotiations and managing supplier relationships
10. Experience with terms and conditions
11. Demonstrated experience with cross-functional relationships internally and externally
12. Eligibility for security clearance
