About the role.
To manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify process inefficiencies, drive business transformation initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders across our matrix structure, including group and sector, functional heads, and operational teams, to standardise and optimise workflows, leverage technology, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes. In addition to playing a crucial role in enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness, this role also provides wider business support to broader activities impacting the group as required.
