Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front Of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
About the Role
As a supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the floor and bar. You’ll lead by example, ensure outstanding customer service, and help create a positive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support front-of-house team members
* Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
* Assist with staff training and onboarding
* Manage shift schedules and delegate duties
* Monitor stock levels and liaise with management
* Ensure health & safety and hygiene standards are upheld

* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem-solving skills
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
