Assistant Support Manager – Service Leader (Aberdeen)
Community Integrated Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional to lead a service team in Aberdeen.
Employment Details
* Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week.
* Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, fixed term of 12 months.
* No on‑call duties.
* Salary: £30,208 per year.
* 28 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time).

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver person‑centred outcomes.
* Drive performance, set the pace and direction within the service.
* Promote a positive, passionate culture and ensure consistent high quality care.
* Plan and manage intensive support for people with complex behaviours to guarantee their safety and quality of life.
* Ensure the service is appropriately resourced and effectively delivered.
* Implement and review care plans, incident reporting and service improvement activities.
Qualifications
* Experience in a health or social care setting.
* Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, supervision units (Scotland), or Care Management Level 3 (England)).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
* Proficient with basic IT systems; training available.
* Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
