We are now looking for a Contracts Manager - Facilities Management to lead the delivery of FM services across a portfolio of schools and public buildings. You will oversee three key operational areas: Security Services, Engineering, and Compliance & Maintenance, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and efficient service delivery for all clients.
You will directly manage the Security Services Manager, Security Engineering Supervisor, and Service Manager, providing clear leadership across multi‑disciplinary teams and subcontractors. Together, you will ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, operational, and well‑maintained for the pupils, staff, visitors, and communities who rely on them every day.
Operating within Three Sixty, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of FM services, statutory compliance, security, engineering services, and maintenance works. You’ll ensure all activity is carried out safely in line with regulatory requirements and delivered in accordance with company and group objectives
You will bring proven experience in the facilities management or building services sector, ideally across education or public sector environments. You’ll have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, statutory compliance requirements, building systems, and safe systems of work. Experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary operational teams and delivering several workstreams simultaneously is essential. A current SMSTS qualification is required.
