Offer description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and business-minded Soft Play Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our indoor & outdoor play barn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and families, while also driving the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Operations Management: Oversee the daily running of the soft play, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
* Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor enjoys a fun and engaging experience by maintaining outstanding service and high safety standards.
* Creativity & Events: Develop and implement new ideas for themed play sessions, parties, and events to attract repeat customers and new visitors.
* Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through marketing initiatives, partnerships, memberships, and upselling services.
* Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding standards, and cleanliness requirements.
* Financial Management: Monitor budgets, track performance, and manage resources effectively to achieve business targets.
* Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local schools, nurseries, and community groups to promote the centre.

Qualifications & Experience

* Previous experience in leisure, hospitality, childcare, or similar customer-facing management role.
* Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and first aid (training can be provided).
