The Access Technology RF Design Engineering group is responsible for design and development of Hybrid:Fiber:Coax (HFC) and RF products for the support of CATV and Data services.
The group consists of hardware engineers and technicians developing RF and optical signal distribution products.
Responsibilities:

Capable of following schematics, redlines and assembly drawings to assist in troubleshooting circuits.

Basic experience with soldering and reworking of Printed Circuit Boards and components.
:
Basic knowledge of test equipment including but not limited to Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Optical analyzers, power meters, bench power supplies, multimeters etc.
:
Responsible for testing and reporting of results.
:
Capable of working in a team environment as well as under the direction of a lead engineer.
:
Follow department and business processes.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma from a Technical High School. Associate's degree or certificate from trade school or technical field of study preferred.

Experience with Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Power point etc

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain flexible and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Excellent teamwork attitude and skills.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third:party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with ,eceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is 70,600.00: 86,500.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
