Main Purpose of Job
Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and ambitious coaches to join our team, to lead or assist on a range of Disability Programmes during term‑time, school holidays and at weekends.
Sessions will take place in the boroughs of Hounslow, Ealing, Richmond, Hillingdon and other areas of West London. Specialist disability training will be made available.
Responsibilities
* Deliver disability sports coaching sessions in schools and community settings.
* Plan and deliver sessions that meet participants’ needs.
* Build relationships with students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders.
* Improve children’s understanding of personal skills and values needed to achieve goals.
* Collaborate with other Trust coaches to maintain high standards.
* Keep participant data, registers and session logs up to date.
* Participate in staff training, CPD workshops on safeguarding, emergency response and child protection.
* Operate in full compliance with BFCCST policies on safeguarding, risk assessment, health and safety, GDPR, incidents, first aid and reporting.
* Ensure the safety and well‑being of participants and staff at all times during sessions.
* Recognise and report safeguarding concerns following BFCCST procedures.

* School Sport Partnerships across Hillingdon, Hounslow, Richmond and Ealing.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum Level 1 coaching qualification in at least one sport.
* Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs, disabilities and/or additional needs, especially Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
* Safeguarding certificate.
* Emergency Aid certificate.
* Current Enhanced DBS.
* Experience coaching in schools and community settings with children and young people with disabilities (desirable).
* NGB Level 2 qualification in sport (desirable).
* Clean driving licence and vehicle (needed to bring equipment).

Salary: £12.30 - £15.91 per hour (depending on qualifications/experience).
