Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Registered Manager for a children’s home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties based in Tamworth.
This is an important role for the group and one that will cover the key areas of:
* Leadership & Compliance
* Care Delivery
* Team Development
* Operational & Resource Management
* Stakeholder Engagement
The successful candidate must have Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or happy to complete within 12 months), 5 years in children’s residential care and proven Ofsted experience at a minimum of GOOD level.
The role comes with a salary of £55,000 plus guaranteed bonuses with this unique and rewarding position.
