The purpose of this role is to support and coordinate sales and marketing activity by creating business opportunities and building relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
-Log and track new business opportunities through internal CRM systems
-Track progress of quotes and assign priority levels to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
-Ensure accurate information on progress invoicing and timely renewals for recurring contracts
-Assist with quotations where appropriate and possible
-Maintain regular contact with customers and set up follow-up meetings with the sales teams
