We’re seeking an Audience Development & Membership Officer to lead OneRen’s approach to audience engagement and membership growth. This is a role focused on building long-term, loyal relationships with our community - transforming one-time visitors into repeat customers and passionate advocates. You’ll use data-driven insights to shape the customer journey, optimise membership strategies, and deliver personalised communications that drive engagement and revenue. Working across departments, you’ll ensure our audience development efforts are integrated, impactful, and aligned with OneRen’s mission.
