We’re looking for an energetic, organised and guest-focused Reservations, Meetings & Events Agent to join our crew at the dual-branded Moxy & Residence Inn Slough!

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Reservations, M&E and Commercial team, you will:
1. Handle daily incoming reservations, groups, and event enquiries
2. Update bookings, confirmations and rooming lists with accuracy
3. Coordinate event details and ensure smooth handover to the operations team
4. Assist in managing group allocations and tracking pick-up
5. Maintain the M&E diary and support with meeting room set-up information
6. Help prepare weekly commercial and operations communication
7. Build positive relationships with clients, agents and travel partners
8. Support with system updates, data entry and Opera maintenance
9. Arrange and host property show rounds when required
10. Work closely with the Reservations, M&E Manager on rate loading, proposals and client follow-up
11. Proactively spot upsell opportunities and support revenue growth
This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, communication, and accuracy — perfect for someone developing their commercial career.
What We’re Looking For

14. Comfortable multitasking in a lively, fast-paced environment
15. Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
16. Opera PMS knowledge (preferred, not essential)
17. Previous hotel or customer service experience
