Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop the Maths department team to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
* Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and innovation across the department.
* Monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure excellent outcomes.
* Foster a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture within the faculty.
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support the vision and ethos of the Arthur Terry School and ATLP.

* Have strong classroom experience and a proven track record in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
* Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to inspire colleagues.
* Be committed to the development of both staff and students.
* Can strategically plan, monitor, and evaluate faculty performance.
