About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Product Owner to join our Operations team and play a key role in driving business transformation and delivering impactful digital solutions.
As Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for shaping and owning the product vision, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational priorities. Acting as the vital link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, you’ll ensure that products are designed, prioritised, and delivered to maximise value and meet customer, regulatory, and business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing-
1. Define and own the product vision, aligned with business strategy and transformation goals
2. Collaborate with Business Analysts and operational stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
3. Build, manage, and prioritise a clear, well-structured product backlog
4. Act as the voice of the business user, ensuring solutions deliver real value
5. Lead and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
6. Remove blockers and support delivery teams with clarity and direction
7. Perform trade-off analysis and resolve product challenges to keep delivery on track
8. Define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive transformation initiatives
10. Support product launches, including training, documentation, and business readiness
11. Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve products
12. Carry out market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
What we’re looking for-
Essential experience
13. Proven experience in a change, product, or business analysis role within complex programmes or projects
14. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
15. Experience gathering and analysing business requirements
16. Knowledge of business process modelling and data analysis
17. Experience working in Agile delivery environments

18. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
19. Ability to balance time, cost, and quality when delivering solutions
20. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
21. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
22. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
23. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
24. Confident working independently and as part of a team
Desirable
25. Experience in project management or UAT support
26. Knowledge of the energy industry
27. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
28. Understanding of data security and regulatory requirements
