Halo Recruit are working in partnership with a leading trailer manufacturer to recruit for a Junior Administrator to join their team.
Based from Companys Mansfield office, the duties of the role include:
* Administration of the Company's procurement system
* Liaising with suppliers to source goods
* Negotiating with suppliers on costs
* Raising Purchase Order numbers within the procurement system
We are seeking candidates who ideally have previous experience working within an administrative role and who would like to start a career in the Purchasing sector.
We are seeking candidates who have excellent IT skills, who have a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. We are seeking candidates who have excellent communication skills and who are confident talking and negotiating with suppliers by telephone, email and in person.
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday - 8am - 5pm
Friday - 8am - 3:30pm
Salary
Starting salary of £19,000 per annum, increasing with service.
This is a temp to perm position, with the opportunity to gain a permanent contract following 12 weeks service (subject to performance, attendance and conduct).
