Job Description
CNC Miller / CNC Programmer / CNC Setter Operator required for a precision engineering manufacturer based in Bournemouth.
This role involves programming and operating an XYZ CNC milling machine, managing machining workloads independently, and supporting the team by operating the CNC lathe when required. You'll be producing high-quality machined components, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of precision and quality.
The ideal candidate will have strong CNC milling experience, confidence programming XYZ controls, and the ability to manage their machining workload from start to finish. You must also be within a commutable distance to Bournemouth.

* Up to £19 per hour
* 28 days holiday including bank

* Mon–Thurs: 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Fri: 8:30am – 1:00pm
* 1-hour lunch break

* Strong problem-solving ability and quality focus
* Commutable to the Bournemouth area
