Process Engineer responsibilities include - Developing and optimising manufacturing processes from concept to production. Assessing production processes, collecting data, and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. Designing, testing, and upgrading mechanical and automated systems, including batch operations. Leading the introduction and commissioning of new equipment on site. Creating clear documentation, SOPs, and process control plans. Implementing and maintaining 5S and other lean methodologies across production areas. Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues.
